How do I return an item?

THANK YOU for choosing to shop with Sister Tribe Boutique. We take our commitment to our customers very seriously, and work hard to keep products affordable and reasonable. It is our goal to carry quality, fashionable, and trendy products that are not only affordable, but available to women of many different sizes.

Please ask questions if you are unsure of a product’s sizing, length, brand name, or location of manufacture. We want to make sure you are satisfied and receive the product you were expecting. The best method of contact is, because written communication is preferred to avoid misunderstandings of a product’s size, price, length, quality, etc.

We want you to be over-the-moon satisfied with your products, but if for some reason you are not, we will allow returns for STORE CREDIT only. NO REFUNDS WILL BE GIVEN. PLease refer to the RETURN POLICY for the process of sending an item back.

  1. Items must be unworn, unwashed, undamaged, no makeup stains, no tobacco odor, and all tags attached and secured. BRALETTES, ACCESSORIES, SALE, AND DISCOUNTED ITEMS ARE NOT ELIGIBLE FOR RETURN. - THEY ARE FINAL.

  2. Shoes must be returned with no tape, labels, or writing on the box itself.

  3. Include the purchase invoice in the return package.

  4. Items MUST be RECEIVED at 9419 CR 311, Plantersville, TX 77363 within 10 CALENDAR days of the confirmed delivery date as indicated from the tracking number.

  5. You (the buyer) are responsible for shipping costs to return the qualified item. We recommend to send your items back insured or with a tracking number, as Sister Tribe is not responsible for lost packages.

  6. Once the package is delivered to us, we will process a return voucher, sent by email, within 3-5 business days.

  7. The return voucher will include the alloted store credit amount, and may be used for a future purchase.
